Our Luxury Room is designed for maximum comfort. It's made to be comfortable and sound proof, where a balcony with sea view, large bathroom with walk in shower and bathtub, an IPTV with endless entertainment, and a private gym redefine the art of luxurious living. Luxury room is located on the third floor. Room is 20m2 and has a combined bedroom, walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom. Bedroom is 15m2, wardrobe is 2m2. Bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 with a wonderfully comfortable mattress. Bathroom is 8m2 and has a walk in shower with a rainshower from the ceiling and a bathtub. Room has a large 4k TV with IPTV and streaming services and Playstation 4 for entertainment.
All our accommodation is self catering, apartment has an equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Room has a kitchen next to the reception on the floor. Every accommodation unit is made to be comfortable and sound proof.
The beach is 30 meters away. We are located at about 25m above sea level so there are stairs going to the beach. There are around 80 steps. You can also walk down the street to the main beach Punta Rata, 5 minutes walk, about 450m.
We provide top service to the guests of our best accommodation. There is a free daily cleaning service, once a week free laundry and ironing, a large TV with IPTV channels, free tea and espresso coffee, bathroom cosmetics, beach towels and other welcome gifts during your stay. The accommodation itself has excellent thermal and sound insulation so there is peace and quiet when you close the windows. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a Hansgrohe rain shower. Air conditioning, parking, internet access and tourist tax are included in the price and there are no extra charges for accommodation.
Stay in shape during your vacation with our private gym, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. At guests' disposal is a private gym, with the possibility of individual training with our trainer. We offer Pilates, aerobics and strength training, endurance training or something of your choice. The gym has a large selection of weights and equipment for strength, endurance and Olympic and powerlifting competitions. We also offer bicycles and a SUP board.
