Villa Višnja House rules
HOUSE RULES
Accommodation is available to guests from 14:00 PM on the first day until 10:00 AM hours on the last day of stay.
Please let us know of your arrival time by phone, especially if there is a delay in order to avoid the situation that the host, assuming that customers will no longer arrive, accommodates other guests.
Upon arrival, all guests give the owners personal documents for registration (passport or ID card) and pay the rest of the accommodation total price.
Please take care of the rented accommodation and be considerate toward the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house.
It is not allowed to move furniture as well as other equipment between rooms, outside the villa or on the beach (chairs from the terrace to the kitchen, pots, cutlery and glasses from one to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets to the beach, etc.).
You are obliged to leave the accommodation you are using in the condition it was on arrival: neat and undamaged.
During their stay, guests can use all the devices inside the apartment. Guests are instructed on the use of all items, inventory and equipment and undertake to handle them carefully and appropriately. If there is damage or disappearance of certain items or equipment from the apartment, the guest is obliged to notify the host of apartments at the time of the event and compensate for the value of missing or damaged items.
In Brela between 23:00 PM and 8:00 AM guests are obliged to respect the appropriate peace and quiet out of consideration for other guests.
Thorough tidying and cleaning is done during each shift of guests. During the visit the host is not required to clean the accommodation.
Persons that are not guests of Villa Višnja are not allowed to sleep inside the accommodation or use it for a longer period of time.
We kindly ask our guests to turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartment. It is also forbidden to throw garbage in the toilets and other places that are not provided for it or in the yard near the house.
Pets are welcome, but they must be allowed by the host.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. You can only smoke on the balconies and terraces. We kindly ask not to throw cigarette butts around the house, yard or outside it, and to take all precautionary measures in the prevention of fire and for their personal safety.
Guests are required to take care of their things and valuables. The owner disclaims any liability for any loss items and valuables. House safe is at your disposal, so you can store your documents and valuables.
The guests who disobey the house rules and disturb the peace may be refused accommodation. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host or agency for violation of house rules, the client will not be refunded the amount paid, regardless of shortened stays.
