We have over 300kg of bumper weights and 250 kg of dumbbells. You can do strength training, kettlebell workouts, calisthenics and rings, battle rope or even try climbing a 3 level peg board. Gym has a sea view and workouts are private and you can book a work out with our personal trainer. We have bicycles and a sup board so you can have a ride around town on both sea and road.
